MLES – it’s not just the name of Marcel Lowitsch’s Youth Academy and High-Performance Program; it represents a seal of quality in both German and U.S. soccer. This is where talents are molded, trained, and prepared for professional football or prestigious universities — and forged into complete, excellent high-level players.

MLES Academy is an integral part of the player development pathway, with a clear mission: to identify, attract, and develop players for the professional ranks. Recognized as one of the nation’s most successful academy programs, MLES has a proven track record of producing top talents who move on to Major League Soccer academies, German football clubs, and elite universities.

The aim is to develop every player according to their age and performance level. MLES Academy follows a clear training philosophy and set of principles that ensure each exercise builds upon the last, helping players systematically develop all the skills needed to advance to the next age group at the end of each season.

To provide a truly comprehensive football education, MLES cooperates with various Bundesliga clubs, maintains close collaboration with Youth Bundesliga development academies, Major League Soccer academies, and several NCAA Division I and II colleges.

The program is fully dedicated to offering the best possible training structure and professional environment for every player’s growth.

All Academy players are hand picked & evaluated based on talent & perspective.
Team size groups - Focus on Tactical and also still Individual Development.
Best Academy players qualify for trial training’s in Germany or MLS Academy’s.
Session’s organized, planned and held by a UEFA PRO & A License Coach and Holder.
