MLES ACADEMY LAUNCHES WOMEN’S ACADEMY GROUP

In the coming weeks, a comprehensive structure for women’s and girls’ football will be established. MLES Academy will apply the same training philosophy, methodology, vision, and mission to the women’s program as it already does for the boys’ and men’s groups.

“With the launch of a women’s and girls’ football group, we aim to expand our Elite program to young talented girls and womans,” said Marcel Lowitsch. “We are delighted that women and girls will finally have the opportunity to actively train and compete with and for MLES Academy. Our primary focus and aim is to develop each player depending on age and performance. Therefore, there is a training philosophy, also principles to follow, which ensures that the exercises follow on from one another and that as many players as possible develop all the necessary skills in order to make the step up to the next age group at the end of the season. In order to provide an all-round football education, M.L.E.S. cooperate with various types of Bundesliga Clubs and also have a close collaboration with Youth Bundesliga Development Academy’s, National Woman’s Soccer League Clubs & several D1 and D2 Colleges. The program is highly dedicated to provide the best trainings structure and environment as possible.”

All Academy players are hand picked & evaluated based on talent & perspective.

  • Team size groups - Focus on Tactical and also still Individual Development.

  • Best Academy players qualify for trial training’s in Germany or NWSL Clubs.

  • Session’s organized, planned and held by a UEFA PRO License Coach Holder / UEFA A License Coach Holder

  • Performance Diagnostic & Monitoring Tactic, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition.

  • Sport psychological care / Mental Training / Cognitive Training.

  • Neuroathletics training.

  • AI Sports Analytics

  • Group will be equipped with Adidas gear
