Following the strong development and growing reputation of the MLES U23 Elite Group and the U13–U15 High Performance Program, MLES Academy is proud to announce the next step in its long-term player development pathway.
Beginning March 2026, MLES Academy officially launches its selective U9–U11 Elite Performance Development Group, welcoming players born in 2015, 2016, and 2017.

This new program represents an important milestone in the academy’s mission to develop players through structured, demanding, and high-intensity training inspired by the German development model.

German DNA from the Start
The program will follow the academy’s philosophy built around:
• High-intensity training sessions in a smaller group size
• Technical excellence under pressure
• Tactical awareness from an early age
• Discipline, work ethic, and strong football culture
The goal is to introduce young players to the German DNA of player development — combining structure, intensity, and passion for the game — while at the same time creating the foundation and talent pipeline for the older MLES Academy groups.
